Zobity believes in customer satisfaction. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. 14-Day Free Trial
The first 14 days after signup are completely free — no card or payment required. So refunds don't apply during the trial period.
2. Monthly Plan Refund
- 100% refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- After 7 days, monthly plan refunds are not available.
- You can disable auto-renewal any time from your dashboard.
3. Annual Plan Refund
- 100% refund within the first 30 days.
- After 30 days, pro-rata refund for remaining months (less a 25% service fee).
4. Custom Domains
No refunds on domain purchases — domain registrars charge directly and the fees are non-refundable.
5. Not Eligible for Refund
- Accounts closed for terms violations.
- Cases of fraud or platform abuse.
- Third-party services (such as custom domains).
6. Refund Process
- Email support@zobity.com or message WhatsApp 01889461674 with your refund reason and order ID.
- We'll review within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
