Zobity believes in customer satisfaction. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Free Plan
Every new website is free forever — no card or payment required. Refunds don't apply to the Free plan because there is nothing to pay.
2. Pro Plan Refund
- 100% refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment.
- For multi-month payments (3, 6, 12 months), after 7 days a pro-rata refund is available for unused full months (less a 25% service fee).
- After the first 7 days, the current month is non-refundable.
- You can stop renewing at any time — your data stays safe for 30 days after the subscription ends.
4. Custom Domains
No refunds on domain purchases — domain registrars charge directly and the fees are non-refundable.
5. Not Eligible for Refund
- Accounts closed for terms violations.
- Cases of fraud or platform abuse.
- Third-party services (such as custom domains).
6. Refund Process
- Email support@zobity.com or message WhatsApp 01889461674 with your refund reason and order ID.
- We'll review within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
