Please read these terms carefully before using the Zobity platform ("the Service"). By using Zobity you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
Zobity is a no-code website builder platform that lets users create and manage online stores in 5 minutes without writing any code.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
- Each business requires its own separate plan.
- You must be at least 18, or have parental consent.
3. Free Trial & Payment
- The first 14 days are completely free — no credit card required.
- After the trial, the Standard plan is 500 BDT per month.
- Payment is accepted via bKash, card or bank transfer.
- All payments are charged in advance, monthly or annually.
- We will give at least 30 days notice for any price change.
4. User Content
- You own all content on your website.
- You grant us permission to host and back up that content.
- Illegal, infringing or fraudulent content is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Use
- Spam, phishing or distribution of malware.
- Obscene, violent or hateful content.
- Infringing on others' intellectual property.
- Attempting to break platform security.
- Violating the laws of Bangladesh.
6. Suspension / Termination
Zobity may suspend or terminate your account without notice for terms violations or unpaid balances. You may cancel your account any time from your dashboard.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zobity logo, design, code, templates and software are property of Zobity. A personal-use license is granted — resale is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zobity is provided "as is". We aim for 99.9% uptime, but our liability is limited to a maximum of your most recent month's paid fees.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Dhaka jurisdiction.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and dashboard.
